Learner and facilitator are two sides of me. My professional space revolves around families. The intricacies of intrapersonal and interpersonal relations are brought into light through discussions for change.

The relationship between individuals is a wonder. The nature, colour, depth and expectations of relationship shift according to the people involved. Viewing, listening, knowing, understanding and facilitating these connections is never a linear path. The changes, be it nothing, minute, or drastic, become the focus of my profession. As society evolves, these changes are reflected in me, them, and my work. It is a journey of continuous learning for me and others.

Relationships require understanding, knowledge and effort, both in building and intervention. Hence a commitment to openness and imbibing new perspectives keeps the personal and professional relationships effective.
